ALCOSAN consists of the following six divisions:
Finance and Administration - implements and maintains sound fiscal policies, competent customer service and safeguards Authority assets including personnel, funds and the physical plant.
Engineering and Construction - provides ALCOSAN with engineering services and technical support to successfully administer the Capital Improvement Programs, and assist in the operation and maintenance of the plant and interceptor system.
Operations and Maintenance - ensures continuous, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all treatment plant equipment and facilities in order to meet permit requirements and environmental standards.
Regional Conveyance - ensures continuous, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all collection and conveyance equipment and facilities in order to meet permit requirements and environmental standards
Environmental Compliance - ensures that the Authority complies with environmental laws. It is the Authority's primary point of contact with environmental regulatory agencies for routine issues, permit applications and reporting.
Communications – provides our 83 municipal partners and the public with up-to-date information about ALCOSAN through publications, participation in community events and scholastic programs for students at all levels.
